Choose your kit
Select your BILLY layout or enter doorway measurements. Review your choices before adding the kit to your bag.

We make it in Alberta
Most made-to-order kits take 3–5 business days to produce. We prepare the parts for the configuration or measurements on your order.

It ships with tracking
Once dispatched, you receive tracking by email. Delivery time begins after production and depends on the destination and carrier service.
We ship beyond Canada.
US and international customers can order in the store. The recipient may be responsible for any local duties, taxes or import charges charged by their country.

Your confirmation email lists the kit selected for your project. Please check it promptly and contact us if something does not look right.

Eligible unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days. Please contact us before returning an order so we can provide the correct return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on the appropriate solution.
What about a made-to-order configuration?
Many FURNIX3D kits are made for a selected layout or measurements. Check the configuration in your order confirmation before production begins, and contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed.
