Refund policy
30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Email furnix3d@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide the return instructions and address.
For a change-of-mind return under our voluntary policy, goods must be unused, uninstalled, unpainted, unmodified and in their original undamaged condition, with all kit components included. Please package them securely; use the original packaging if available.
You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless required by applicable law. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos where possible. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund and cover necessary return shipping for a confirmed defect, shipping damage or our error. The unused-condition requirements for voluntary returns do not limit your statutory rights.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will confirm the outcome by email and issue an approved refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Mandatory statutory refund deadlines take precedence.
Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. We will confirm its production and shipping status and the available options. If an order has already shipped, the return process applies, without limiting any statutory cancellation rights.
EU, EEA and UK customers
Where the statutory distance-selling withdrawal right applies, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the goods within 14 days of that notice. Required refunds include the cost of standard outbound delivery, but not any extra cost for an upgraded delivery service. We issue the refund within the statutory period and may withhold it until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. You pay change-of-mind return postage, as disclosed here before purchase. Necessary inspection of the goods does not remove your statutory rights; handling beyond what is necessary may affect the refundable amount where law permits.
Our voluntary 30-day policy does not reduce mandatory consumer rights. Any stronger rights and remedies under applicable local law continue to apply.
