Shipping policy

Made to order in Alberta

Our usual production time is 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is the time needed to make your order; delivery time is additional. If measurements need clarification or an unexpected production delay occurs, we will contact you.

Flat shipping per order

Canada: CAD 29 per order.
International destinations available at checkout: CAD 39 per order.
There is no additional-item shipping surcharge. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier. Any carrier estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We will send a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Please check your delivery address carefully before paying.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, contact furnix3d@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Delivery or customs delays do not remove your mandatory consumer rights.

International orders

Import duties, local taxes and customs charges may apply separately and are not included in the flat shipping rates unless expressly stated at checkout. Carrier service and destination restrictions may apply. If we cannot ship your order, we will contact you and arrange a refund.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery under our Return and refund policy. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. Damaged, defective and incorrect goods are handled separately.
