Shopping with FURNIX3D

FURNIX3D is operated by Oleh Ponomarenko in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We make and sell physical furniture accessories and home improvement kits. These terms apply to purchases through this store, together with our shipping, return and privacy policies. They do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights.

Products and compatibility

Read the product description, measurements and kit contents before ordering. BILLY bookcases and other furniture shown in the planner or installation examples are not included unless a product listing expressly says otherwise. FURNIX3D is an independent business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IKEA.

The 3D planner helps you select a layout and kit. Check your actual furniture, available space and selected configuration before paying. Screen colours are approximate. Our solid-colour PLA molding does not have wood grain, and an exact colour match with your furniture is not guaranteed. Modular joints and 3D-print layer lines may be visible; please review the close-up product photos.

Prices and orders

Store prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The checkout displays your products, shipping and any applicable taxes before payment. Please provide an accurate email and delivery address. If an order needs measurement clarification, or we discover a material listing error or cannot supply it, we will contact you with the available options. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement; if we cannot fulfil an order, we will arrange a refund.

Production and delivery

Our usual production time is 3–5 business days. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination and carrier. See our Shipping policy for rates, international charges and delivery information.

Returns and problems with an order

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery under our Return and refund policy. Contact us promptly about damaged, defective or incorrect goods so we can help. Statutory cancellation rights and remedies remain available where applicable.

We use the information needed to process and support your order as described in our Privacy policy.
