Soft Corner
Do not measure the opening width. We only need the wall thickness.
Lay the tape straight across the wall edge. Read the number at the red mark.
At the corner, along the top line, then down the side. Enter the smallest of all six.
That is all. The order card subtracts 1/8 inch automatically.
Check that both top corners are close to 90°. Bullnose edges, strongly uneven walls or a production thickness over 8 inches need a fit review before ordering.

First the opening width. Then the smallest wall thickness.
Keep the tape horizontal at the very top. Enter the exact number; the site rounds up the product size.
Repeat this at all six marked positions. Enter the smallest reading. See the six positions above ↑

Width option · production thickness
Important: never subtract from the opening width. The site subtracts 1/8 inch from wall thickness only, then rounds production thickness to the nearest eighth. The exact width you enter is also saved with the configuration.
Measure after the finished top/header is in place. Standard Full Span opening widths are 24–36 inches.
